TreasuriesRock - New Flickr Group
I've joined a new Flickr group named TreasuriesRock. Our group is basically Etsy.com shop owners who love to make treasuries and comment on treasuries to promote our businesses. Etsy is a website that promotes "all things handmade." Business owners with individual shops with shopping carts that sell their handcrafted jewelry, clothes, cards, artwork and anything you can think of that is handmade. Treasuries are photos of our handcrafted items that are for sale in our Etsy.com shops. The treasuries are composed of 12 photos listed (3 across, 4 down) with a title. Our shop names are below the photo. Some people compose the treasury by colors. Example: An Etsy member will list all "lilac color" items and put "Lilac Dreams" as a title. Etsy shop owners or the general public visit the treasuries to see what great finds they can purchase. There are usually 333 treasuries up at one time and expire in about 2 days. Views are registered and comments can be made below the treasury if you are a member. It's free to be a member of Etsy. TreasuriesRock members try to promote ourselves by listing our members in the treasury. The more members that grab and make a listing, the more we promote ourselves. |
